What I can offer for nutrition is guidance on a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. I will help encourage the simple aspects of eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, what kind of meats are appropriate, water intake, and much more. 

Workout Plans 

When it comes to workout plans, I will be able to create them that'll align your fitness goals. Part of me making the plans is giving a variety of exercises that'll help achieve your goals. As for most people that haven't been to the gym in awhile, starting off 'easy' is important. Once out of the 'easy' phase, the number of sets, and reps will increase which will help show better results.
